oem version p6n platinum wont load realtek lan driver

King: Hi I got an oem version of the p6n sli platinum off ebay new. It seems to work well, but it refuses to load the driver for the lan. ran the nvidia driver utility, but no dice. Also wont load the SM Bus driver. I dont know what that is. …
