C-media ac97 Audio Device HELP!!!!!!!

unknown: My c-media ac97 audio device doesn’t work. In the device manager it’s a yellow ! and a code 10. This happened after I had done a system restore. I’ve tried downloading different drivers, but it doesn’t help:lease:
