PCI Express video card in an older machine?

: I’m using a Nvidia Quadro FX 500/600 video card with 128 MB of memory in what I “think” is a regular PCI slot. I want to upgrade the video card for one with more memory, but all the new cards mention “PCI Express” as part of the specs. …
