I have Windows Vista Premium edition on my HP Pavilion dv9627cl Notebook. I ran the driver cleaner as recommended. Here are the steps that I followed: 1. Went to the control panel and uninstalled all nVidia drivers. …

i had bought my laptop with vista basic already installed, at that time my dvd/cd multi recorder worked then i decided 2 install home premium without realising that my laptop wasn’t that powerful, the people fom windows took remote control of my laptop too instal premium, they couldn’t & basically have knackered my laptop it wont play music or dvd’s any one out there know what i can do as the laptop says it recognises all drives etc… HELP:-[
