Cant find Bluetooth in Device Manager (Dual Boot Vista/XP) XPS 420

I was able to get most of the drivers working from the Dell Forum post (XPS 420 XP drivers). However when I get to the Bluetooth… I can not find the BT-mini reciver in my Device Manager. My Bluetooth Keybaord and Mouse still work and …
