Core.cache.dsk keeps loading …

I’ve researched and I think it’s due to a file named core.cache.dsk that keeps loading into my C:\Windows\System32\Drivers folder whenever the laptop reboots. I’ve gone into Safe mode with the command prompt and have deleted the file, …
