Can't find the blueetooth hardware on my notebook? Acer Aspire 3620

I downloaded all drivers from Acer’s website, and the software is fine…but it does not detect the bluetooth device Soo….i figure i can BUY a USB bluetooth device, but I want to use the one already in the computer!! Any ideas?
