Need Driver for C-Media Sound Card

Just updated Windows XP to Windows Vista and can’t find an updated driver. Windows shows “No Audio Device” and has no updated driver. The only name given for the Sound Card is “C-Media High Definition Audio Device” and the Mfg. …
