ALSA VMALLOC error on driver compilation

I’ve been trying to install my new C-Media (http://www.htomega.com/claro.html) sound card and getting this error message with every alsa driver flavor I’m trying to compile. The sound card is set to cmipci and I’ve even tried using the …
