Problems with Realtek soundcard driver

i’ve updated my Realtek driver with the latest one,the Realtek AC’97 Drivers 4.01 and suddenly i don’t have any sounds,i tried uninstalling,reinstalling and nothing.is there a bug with the latest realtek driver?? this is very annoying.
